This place stayed true to its namesake, definitely a beautiful haven by the lake. My family enjoyed the amenities and the activities despite the rains. The Staft were all friendly and cordial. Is Haven by the Lake Resort pet-friendly?

Yes, we are pet-friendly. A pet fee of ₱550 per pet per night applies. Pets must wear diapers at all times inside the accommodations, and pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

Is the resort accessible by land or by boat?

The resort has land access; however, it is not encouraged due to rough and muddy roads that are not passable by car. We highly recommend boat transfer, which takes approximately 4–5 minutes. Transfers are provided by Haven by the Lake’s boat and staff. The lake is safe, and our team will assist guests from the parking area to the boat and upon arrival at the property.

Is there a store or market nearby?

Yes. A mini store within the property is available exclusively for resort guests. Ice, charcoal, water, and other basic essentials are for sale. The nearest public market is accessible by boat and tricycle. Guests may also request staff assistance for errands with an additional fee, subject to staff availability.

What booking and payment methods are available?

Bookings may be made through the following options:

• Airbnb (link provided)

• Credit card

• Facebook page, with a reservation fee via online bank transfer

  The remaining balance is payable upon check-in.

Is the resort senior citizen and PWD-friendly?

Yes. Senior Citizen and PWD discounts apply. The property is equipped with concrete pathways to improve accessibility.

Can bookings be rescheduled or refunded?

Bookings may be rescheduled with at least two (2) weeks’ advance notice. Please note that the reservation fee is non-refundable.

Do you allow late-night boat transfers?

Yes, late-night boat transfers are allowed provided our staff is informed in advance and there is a valid reason. Additional fees may apply. In case of emergencies, transfers are provided free of charge.

Do you allow early check-in or late check-out?

Yes, early check-in and late check-out are allowed subject to availability.

Applicable fees:

• Glass House: ₱750 per hour

• Villa: ₱350 per hour
